Rule 17g-7(b)(3) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 requires that information required under Rule 17g-7(b)(2) be disclosed in an XBRL format. In accordance with Rule 17g-7(b)(4)(i) and (ii), such information will be disclosed within twelve (12) months from the date the credit rating action is taken if the credit rating subject to the action was paid for by the obligor being rated or by the issuer, underwriter, depositor, or sponsor of the security being rated or within twenty-four (24) months from the date the credit rating action is taken if the credit rating subject to the action was not paid for by the obligor being rated or by the issuer, underwriter, depositor, or sponsor of the security being rated.
